KENT Ind. Co., Ltd. was born in 1966 with our president Mr. C.S. Lu. Today, our company is over 12,000 square meters and we employ 170 people. We manufacture surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, creep feed grinders, electrolysis and electrical discharge creep feed grinders, CNC grinders, double housing surface grinders, and high speed stroke grinders. We can satisfy just about any CNC grinding machine requirement. Our main markets are Taiwan, USA, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, England, Spain, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Features
 
  1. KMV-16 Rapid feedrate 15 m/min. (for all 3 axes).
  2. Machine base supports the load more uniformly with 4 wide spanned box slideways.
  3. Tool changer magazines are highly rigid and stable for long term reliability collocate round disc type and chain type.
  4. The spindle head is counter-balanced with a bottled nitrogen-cylinder system to ensure smooth vertical motion. In case of power failure, the spindle head will not drop to cause tool damage.
  5. Available FANUC 18 MC or 0MC controller: fast and accurate, for various milling and mold machining applications.
  6. KMV-16, 3 sided chip removal systems (located at left, right, front), with chip auger compact and easy to clean-up.
