Features
 
  1. The X-, Y-, Z-axis deploys hardened and precision ground integrated square guideway with durable Turcite-B lubrication coating.
  2. State of the art scraper work is done to guarantee the best contact and alignment main components to assure the foremost accuracy.
  3. Sufficient support areas of all guideways give the best damping effect and gain the best cutting rigidity.
  4. All precision ballscrews are pretensioned and directly coupled with powerful servomotors of backlash free to secure the best accuracy.
  5. The Z-axis takes inner-rail embraced structure to pertain the most rigid headstock alignment, together with the counter weight guide-bar ensure the smoothest headstock movement and secure better surface finishing accuracy.
  6. The Y-axis deploys 4-slideway design to gain the best support and forceflow.
